These are my new favorite cookies. A friend made them for me on our moving day! Yummy! I just made them last night and thought I would share.
Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 bag chocolate chips
1 bag toffee chips
1 cup oatmeal
Combine Crisco, sugars and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer. Beat in eggs. Combine flour, soda and salt and mix into creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, toffee chips and then oatmeal. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. I like to bake mine on an AirBake baking sheet.
